Ms. Veronica is the Managing Partner at S&P Lawyers. Ms. Veronica obtained her Bachelor in Law and Master in Notary from Faculty of Law University of Indonesia. Before forming the S&P Lawyers, she worked at various prominent and prestigious law firms. After receiving years of experience working for these law firms, she has obtained numerous exposures in wide-ranging legal practices both national and International transactions. These include but not limited to General Corporate and Commercial matters, Merger and Acquisition, Banking and Financing, Capital Market, Energy and Mineral Resources (including coal and Oil and Gas), Intellectual Property Rights, Litigation and Real Estate.
In consideration of the above education qualifications and her hands-on and rich exposures, she has developed her knowledge, skills and ability enabling her to always be accurate in providing advise to her clients. Besides, she always provides her rich exposures to each legal analysis she is making to make sure such matters are already considered in various angles. Further, she always makes sure that all counsels will also have her rich exposures through a number of continued legal education that she always initiates.
Ms. Veronica is a licensed lawyer from Peradi (Perhimpunan Advokat Indonesia/Indonesian Advocate Association), a licensed Capital Market Lawyer and a registerred Intellectual Property Consultant. In this firm she leads practice group of General and Corporate Commercial, Banking and Finance, Capital Market and Disputes Resolutions.
Veronica is recognised as one of Indonesia’s top 100 lawyer by Asian Business Law Journal.

THERESIA HESTI OKTAVIANI
Ms. Theresia Hesti studied law at Catholic University of Atmajaya Jakarta majoring civil law. She graduated in 2009 with cum laude predicate within 3,5 years and achieved the 3rd highest GPA in law faculty.
Prior to joining S&P lawyers, she worked as legal and compliance staff in a multinational company. She continued her career as a lawyer in a number of prominent firms concentrating both litigation and non-litigation areas. She passed the Indonesian Bar Association (Perhimpunan Advokat Indonesia) examination in 2011. She holds advocate license from Peradi and she is a member of Association of Capital Market Legal Consultants (HKHPM).
Her specialities include general corporate practices, merger and acquisition, investment, energy and natural resources, litigation, employment, etc.

RUSTON SITUMORANG
Mr. Ruston Situmorang obtained his law degree from University of Ibnu Chaldun and obtained a Master of Management from STEI Nusantara.
Prior to joining S&P Lawyers, he served as a staff at Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources. The last position at this ministry was the head of Legal Analysis Unit. Afterwards, he worked at one of the subsidiaries of PT. Perusahaan Listrik Negara (“PLN”) namely PT. Andika Energindo. The last post at this company was a commissioner.
In light of his experience, he has vast amount of exposures in Energy and Mineral Resources aspects such as oil and gas, mining and power plant construction. Besides, he is exposed to a number of Mining disputes resolution and litigation activities where he has represented numerous mining companies in and off court. Accordingly he is considered an expert in these areas.
Mr. Ruston has also served as a visiting lecturer in some universities and a trainer in several training for legal aspects in mining, oil and gas and power plant business. In this firm he leads practice group of Energy and Mineral Resources.

Mr David Harrison is an International advisor. He obtained Honours Bachelor of Commerce Degree (B. Comm.) University of Ottawa (1989) and Bachelor of Laws Degree (LL.B.) University of Manitoba (1994). Called and licensed as Barrister & Solicitor in the province of British Columbia, Canada (1996 to present).
Prior to joining S&P Lawyers, he is Partner of InterMark Law, Vancouver, BC, Canada (2003 to Present), a Foreign Legal Consultant Hutabarat Halim & Rekan, Jakarta (2014 to 2016). And he was an Associate Lawyers of Holmes Greenslade, Vancouver, BC, Canada (1996-1999), and an Articiting Student of The Toronto-Dominion Bank, Toronto, ON, Canada (1994-1995).
His representative engagements, he has vast amount of exposures in Corporate counsel for geothermal project developer for a 15MW power plant, Senior legal counsel for proposed $100 million acquisition of palm plantation company, Advisor to international impact investment fund on convertible debt investment in Indonesia, Corporate counsel for a number of mineral exploration companies in Indonesia and Canada, Lead counsel on a variety of private company purchase and sale transactions ranging from US$1 million to US$25 million, Corporate counsel for a variety of start-up software and technology companies, and General counsel for the largest franchised debt restructuring company in Canada.

Ms. Fike Aprilia Citra obtained her bachelor degree from the Faculty of Law – Padjadjaran University and has further completed her master degree in Public International Law at Leiden University, the Netherlands.
Prior to joining S&P lawyers, she worked as an associate in a reputable law firm in Indonesia where she was involved in preparing transaction documents for a broad range of transactional and transnational projects. Further, she continued to pursue her career as a legal manager in a multinational company manufacturing the most well-known bottled mineral water in Indonesia where her day-to-day was to provide legal advice and legal documents required by other departments in the company.
Her areas of expertise shall include general corporate practices, mergers and acquisition, investment, manpower and industrial relations, etc.

Jerry Parlindungan, obtained his Bachelor of Economy in 2006 from Atma Jaya Chatolic University Jakarta, gained experience in companies as a Purchasing Manager, studied Law at Jayabaya university at 2013, during His studies years in Law, he worked at Notary office and PPAT dealing with Business licensing and land certification. Joined DKNS Lawyers at 2015 after change to SNP as paralegal and involved in various procurement projects as an assistant procurement specialist.

Joshua graduated from Diponegoro University in 2018, majoring in International Law. After he graduated, he joined banking company as relationship manager, diverin in financial services, banking products, and productives loans for customers. He joined S&P early in January 2022. Yoana Maria Cherry
Maria Cherry, graduated in 2021 from the Faculty of Law of Parahyangan Catholic University. During her study in university, Maria was active in various student organizations and was active to participate in several National Moot Court Competition.
Maria joined S&P directly after she graduated and as a Junior Counsel she has been involved on various transactions related to general corporate, foreign investment, M&As, and commercial business agreement, also worked to assist Seniors and Partners on drafting and conducting research to provide the legal advises.
